The basic objective of bull fighting is to execute various formal moves in order to control the animal or challenger.  This presentation will focus upon the formal moves or plans to control or eliminate data breaches that have hit an all time high and more to follow with the need to monitor new data security and privacy laws and regulations. The rationale underlying these new laws and the major requirements of the Red Flag Rules as well as the penalties for non-compliance will be presented.
